Rick Wilmer, Chief Executive Officer   
With more than 25 years of leadership in Silicon Valley, Rick Wilmer brings extensive experience to the CEO role at Mojo Networks. As CEO, Rick is propelling Mojo Networks to the next phase of rapid growth and development, starting with a new leadership team, the rebranding of the company, and a focused go-to-market strategy. With headquarters in Silicon Valley and a large staff in Pune, India, Rick oversees both offices providing leadership and vision. Rick has extensive international experience, especially in Asia, where he resided for two years. Rick received his BS in chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a patent in data storage technology.
Pravin Bhagwat, Founder and Chief Technology Officer   
Pravin Bhagwat is a wireless networking pioneer and an accomplished researcher. He brings 20+ years of leading edge research and development experience in wireless, security and networking and leads product innovation, technical strategy and technical marketing at Mojo Networks. Prior to founding Mojo Networks, Pravin spent 1.5 years as a visiting faculty member with the Computer Science department at IIT Kanpur. He received the 2005 Global Indus Technovator Award for successfully engineering the world’s first massively large scale outdoor WLAN network connecting two cities in North India. Pravin started his research career at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center and AT&T Research where he was a lead member of Mobile, IP, and Bluetooth research teams. Pravin has research papers (with 1000+ citations) and 16 patents to his credit. For the past three years, Pravin has also been active in several community-level green initiatives and social entrepreneurship projects. Pravin has a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, India and an MS/PhD in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA.
Michael Anthofer, Chief Financial Officer   
Michael Anthofer brings 30 years of technology company financial expertise to his position as he works to expand Mojo Networks' business footprint and help execute its long-term growth strategy. Previously, Michael was Executive Vice President and CFO of Tessera Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for the company's finance office, strategic planning and investor relations. Prior to Tessera, he served as Vice President and CFO of Kodiak Networks Inc., and before that he served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Smartpipes Inc. Before joining Smartpipes, Michael was Senior Vice President and CFO of Concentric Network Corp, which merged with Nextlink Communications to form XO Communications, where he was instrumental in taking the company public. During his tenure, the company grew from $2 million in annual revenue to a $250 million annual run-rate in five years. Michael earned both his BS and MBA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley (Haas School of Business).
Michael Printz, Vice President North American Sales   
Michael Printz brings more than 30 years of experience in building, managing and driving sales teams in wired and wireless networking, security, SaaS and storage. He has a proven track record of increasing market penetration and optimizing strategic partnerships, as well as recruiting and hiring top industry talent. Prior to Mojo, Printz most recently served as vice president of worldwide sales and support for Mimosa Networks, a 5G fixed wireless solutions company, and DigitalPersona, a biometric security company. He also previously held sales leadership roles at LongBoard, Inc., Gadzoox Network and Zeitnet.
Lisa Garvey, VP, Marketing   
As VP, Marketing at Mojo Networks, Lisa's charter is to drive marketing programs that increase visibility, brand awareness, and positive business results. Lisa is a Silicon Valley marketing veteran with broad experience in digital marketing, PR, analyst relations, and branding. Before joining Mojo, she served as Head of Marketing at Pelican Imaging, and held senior digital marketing roles at Rambus, Jabil, and Netscape. Lisa has spoken at high-tech industry events on a range of topics, including web analytics, branding, and content localization. She has served as a panelist on a Stanford Graduate School of Business and San Francisco 49ers “Women in Sports” event, and is honored to have been a Web Award judge since 2003. Lisa earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Santa Clara University.
Kester Kyrie, SVP, Strategic Account Sales   
Kester Kyrie has more than 25 years of enterprise and channel sales experience in wireless, security, and networking. Prior to Mojo Networks, he served as Vice President of Sales for Cyphort, helping launch the company while building out the sales and channel organization. He spent 10 years at Aruba Networks, most recently serving as the Area Vice President of Sales for the West, taking the company from its first sales through its IPO in 2007, and to more than $600 million in revenues. He was previously Director of Sales for the Western Region of Intruvert Networks, acquired by McAfee in 2002, ran the global hosting business for Alteon WebSystems, later acquired by Nortel, and was instrumental in launching sales at Shomiti Systems, acquired by Finisar. He began his career in the channel at Merisel and Telebit. He holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
